Returns and Exchanges

All Mazahri pieces are made to order due to our commitment to sustainable and low-waste practices. For this reason, all sales are final and we are not able to accept returns for any reason except defects in material or craftsmanship subject to our warranty.

We care very much about our customers and we want to accommodate extenuating circumstances. Therefore, in certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Mazahri’s sole discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

All of our jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse voids this warranty. If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send us an email and we will assess whether it can be repaired and send you a repair quote.
